Who we are
PetHomes was born in Vila Verde, Braga, with a clear mission: to reinvent the way pets are cared for when their owners need to be away. It all started with a group of friends passionate about pets, who understood that traditional hotels, with their closed and impersonal spaces, do not always provide the comfort and attention that our loyal companions deserve.
Inspired by the hospitality of our community, we created a platform that connects guests with trusted hosts - real people, with experience and love for pets, willing to welcome them into their own homes. Our commitment is to ensure that each pet receives not only a roof but also affection, walks, and a routine similar to the one they have at home, so you can travel or work with peace of mind.
Why choose PetHomes? Because we know that pets are part of the family and deserve a homey and welcoming environment. Since our launch in 2025, we have been building a solid network of hosts across the country, starting with the district of Braga, offering a safe, affordable, and personalised alternative to traditional pet boarding.
We are a dedicated team, motivated by the desire to make a difference in the lives of pets and their families. At PetHomes, each reservation is a new opportunity to create bonds, strengthen the community, and ensure that our pets receive the care they truly deserve. Join us in this mission and become part of this story!
