Frequently Asked Questions
Visit the 'Hosts' page to browse all available hosts. If you're logged in with location information in your profile, hosts will be automatically sorted by proximity - closest first. You can also use the distance filter to show only hosts within a specific radius (in kilometers).
First, browse available hosts and click on one to view their full profile. Select your desired dates on the calendar (unavailable dates are marked in red). After selecting dates, you'll see a list of your registered pets. Choose which pet(s) you want to book, then click 'Confirm Booking'. You must be logged in to make a booking.
Yes! When viewing a host's profile and selecting dates, you can choose multiple pets from your pet list. The system will create individual bookings for each pet for the same date range. Make sure the host has enough capacity (check their 'maximum animals' limit).
Each host sets their own price per night. The displayed price is per pet, per night. So if you book 2 pets for 3 nights at €20/night, the total would be €120 (2 pets × 3 nights × €20). Payment details and methods are handled through the platform.
You need to register your pets in your account before you can make bookings. Go to your profile settings and add your pets' information including name, species, breed, and age. Once registered, these pets will appear as options when you're making a booking with a host.
Cancellation policies vary by host and booking timing. It's best to review cancellation terms before confirming a booking. If you need to cancel, contact your host as soon as possible to discuss options. Last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book in the future.
Currently, you can view full host profiles including their story, care details, and space information. You can also message hosts directly through your inbox to ask questions before you book.
